Greek green olives , organic in brine, 160gr jar. Naturally fermented, Amfissa variety whole olives in brine. The delicious, green olives from Greece are ideal for Mediterranean cuisine, salads or as a snack in between.

Ingredients: Green olives (55.2%), water (41.1%), sea salt (3%), acidity regulator: lactic acid (0.4%)
Properties: Appearance: Natural with various shades of green to yellow / green / Odor: Smell of ripe olives and brine / Taste: slightly salty taste of olives with a hint of acetic acid
Shelf life from date of manufacture: 36 months if the product is stored under the specified storage conditions
Ideal storage conditions: Ambient temperature from 10°C to 25°C. In a cool, dark place to store. Olives should be covered with brine. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within two weeks. Tip : If you replace the brine with olive oil, the olives will last longer even after you open the jar.
