Terra Creta Organic Balsamic Red 250ml

Red organic balsamic from the island of Crete, bottled in 250ml bottles. Red balsamic vinegar is produced in Crete from red grapes of the local traditional variety Romeiko. Aging in oak barrels for six months gives the vinegar flavor and intensity. Ideal for salads and sauces. Organic product. Natural product without added colors or sweeteners. Natural deposits can occur over time. Appropriate for all consumer groups. 

Ingredients: Organic grape vinegar 60%, organic grape must concentrate 40%

Properties: Appearance: Dark caramel brown / Odor : Sweet and sour with oak notes and intense floral aroma / Taste : Sweet and sour, full-bodied

Shelf life from date of manufacture: 36 months

Ideal storage conditions: Ambient temperature of 4°C to 30°C. Store in a cool, dry place. Protect from direct sunlight.
